The policy, in plain words
Unopened kits. Return within 7 days of delivery with the paper seal intact and we refund in full, including the original shipping if you paid it. Write to us first so we can arrange the pickup.
Something broken. Clay travels well but not perfectly. Send a photo within 72 hours and we replace that component at no cost or refund it — your call, no return shipment needed.
Opened consumables. Incense, camphor, roli, haldi and kumkum can't come back once opened, for hygiene reasons. Everything else in the box can.
Late arrivals. If a kit reaches you after the festival it was bought for and we dispatched late, we refund it in full and you keep the box. If the courier ran late despite an on-time dispatch, we refund the shipping and give you a credit for the next festival.
Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the kit, or immediately for damage claims.
